March 19-21, 2026, Appalachian Studies Association conference. I’ll be staffing the Appalachian Journal table and chairing two panels; one is a reading of Appalachian Journal contributors and the other focuses on ghosts and folklore. I’ll also be part of an Appalachian Writers roundtable chaired by Dr. Tonya Nagle.
